Product specifications tell you what a robot can do. Supplier support determines whether it keeps doing it after deployment. For a global rollout, the support model matters as much as the hardware—because at 20 sites across 10 countries, the question is not “does this robot work?” but “who fixes it when it breaks at 2 AM in a time zone 8 hours away from the supplier’s headquarters?” Consider the following illustrative scenario: a robot at a site in Southeast Asia faults during the night shift.
