Who We Are
AIsirRobot is a B2B robotics solutions and sourcing partner serving global customers. We do not position ourselves as a robot manufacturer. Our role is to help customers navigate the Chinese robotics supply chain — identifying suitable products, confirming specifications, and coordinating procurement from qualified suppliers.
We begin with the customer’s application, not with a product catalog. A robot that performs well in one environment may be unsuitable in another. When a hotel chain needs delivery robots for multiple properties, the right starting point is not “which model do we have” but “what floor layout, delivery distance, and integration requirements does this property have.” That question shapes the product recommendation, the supplier selection, and the procurement plan — and it helps ensure the deployed robots actually meet the operational requirements rather than just filling a spec sheet.
This starting point shapes everything we do — from product matching to delivery.
Why AIsirRobot
Application-First Product Matching
We start with the task, the environment, and the workflow — not a fixed catalog. Before recommending any product, we review your application scenario, operating conditions, payload or capacity needs, navigation requirements, and project budget. This reduces the risk of ordering a robot that looks suitable on paper but fails in the actual working environment.
Multi-Supplier Robotics Coordination
We compare suitable products and supply conditions across qualified sources. Instead of relying on a single supplier, we help customers evaluate product specifications, pricing, production capacity, and lead times from multiple supply sources. This gives customers options — and the information needed to compare them.
Specification & Delivery Risk Control
We confirm critical specifications, samples, packaging, and project requirements before shipment. Our process includes supplier screening, product evaluation, specification confirmation, sample verification, pre-shipment inspection, and documentation review. The specific steps depend on product type, order volume, and project agreement

Overview & Value Proposition
We help source and deploy robotics solutions from China, focusing on real-world fit, supplier comparison, and procurement risk control. This reduces complexity and improves delivery reliability and supply confidence.
-
Application-First Matching
The process starts from the use case—environment, workflow, capacity, navigation, specifications, and goals—to identify robots that truly fit real deployment needs rather than relying only on datasheets. Multiple China-based suppliers are also compared across specs, capacity, lead time, and supply conditions to broaden options without the complexity of managing multiple vendors. Before shipment, key specifications, configurations, packaging, labeling, and requirements are verified, with optional supplier screening, sample evaluation, pre-shipment inspection, and documentation review to ensure delivery matches approval.
-
How We Work
The workflow is straightforward: begin with requirement understanding (use case, environment, function, quantity, and market), match suitable robots, arrange samples when necessary, confirm final specifications and packaging before production, and then handle procurement, production, logistics, shipping documentation, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
-
Quality & Risk Control
Procurement risks such as specification gaps, production variation, packaging issues, and compliance requirements are mitigated through structured supplier coordination. This includes supplier screening, pre-production confirmation of specifications and configurations, optional pre-shipment inspection (appearance, function, packaging, documentation), market-specific compliance checks, and after-sales support such as documentation, remote assistance, and spare parts when available.
