Flexible Smart Delivery AMR

Still relying on manual labor for repetitive material transport between workstations? This stable and reliable autonomous mobile robot (AMR) is designed for flexible material delivery across factories, warehouses, and logistics centers. Available in three configurations—Standard, Pallet, and Shelf versions—to match different loading and handling requirements. VSLAM+ visual navigation enables deployment without positioning tags or facility modification.

What Problems Does This AMR Solve?

Facilities handling internal material transport often face recurring challenges: labor shortages for repetitive delivery tasks, inefficient point-to-point transfer between raw material storage and production lines, difficulty navigating narrow aisles in compact warehouses, and the cost and disruption of installing fixed-path AGV infrastructure.

This AMR addresses these challenges with autonomous visual navigation, multi-robot collaboration, and plug-and-play deployment. Instead of weeks of facility modification, the robot maps its environment using built-in software and begins working the same day.

FAQS

Q: How does VSLAM+ navigation differ from traditional AGV navigation?

Traditional AGVs require fixed paths: magnetic strips, QR codes, or reflectors installed on the floor. VSLAM+ uses dual panoramic cameras for visual simultaneous localization and mapping. No positioning tags or facility modification is needed, and the robot can adapt to environmental changes without reprogramming.

Q: What is the difference between the three models?

The Standard Version (100 kg payload, 48 kg net weight) is designed for general material delivery. The Pallet Version (30 kg per pallet, 100 kg total including pallet, 58 kg net weight) handles palletized goods. The Shelf Version (100 kg payload including shelf, 67 kg net weight) includes an integrated shelf (405 × 825 × 937 mm) for shelf-based material transport.

Q: Can the robot integrate with our existing WMS or ERP system?

Yes. The robot provides 500+ API interfaces and 3 hardware expansion ports. Average custom development cycle is 7 days. Specific integration scope depends on your system architecture; please share your WMS/ERP details during inquiry.

Q: How long does deployment take?

Single-unit deployment can be completed within one day. Mapping takes as fast as 10 minutes using the built-in software; no PC required. Full multi-robot fleet deployment depends on the number of units and site complexity.

Q: What floor conditions can the robot handle?

The robot crosses thresholds up to 1 cm and trenches up to 3 cm. For floor conditions beyond these specifications, please consult with our team during the site survey phase.

Q: Are loading accessories included?

Loading accessories are sold separately. Please specify your loading requirements (loose parts, boxes, pallets, shelves) when inquiring so we can recommend the appropriate accessories and configuration.
